Chocolate Mousse
A healthy, high protein version! Makes 4 small ramekins, size up as needed 4 boiled eggs - chilled 3 tbsp cocoa powder 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup honey 2 tsp vanilla extract Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
